2. Label each package with NMFC 104580, piece count, and coil weight; include core size if shipping coils so docks can choose the right handling gear.
3. Use corner guards or sleeve caps over strap edges inside the box to avoid abrasion and to protect adjacent freight during LTL cross-docking.
4. If cartons are palletized, keep box faces flat and band to the pallet; avoid overhang and add a top sheet so steel edges cannot pierce stretch wrap.
