2. Box labels tightly: stack flat, interleave with chipboard, poly-bag to control moisture, and use 200# test or 32 ECT cartons to prevent edge crush.
3. Palletize cartons on clean, dry pallets; use corner boards, stretch wrap, and a top sheet. Add “Do Not Crush – Labels” to reduce handling damage.
4. Keep non-adhesive label cartons separate from adhesive-backed label shipments to avoid misclassification or mixed-SKU handling mistakes.
