NMFC 108610 - Paper/Foil Labels, Prepaid | Class 85

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Use the exact BOL wording: “Labels, NOI, paper and foil combined, cut or not cut, prepaid, in packages — NMFC 108610, Class 85.” No density needed.
2. Pack sheets or rolls in rigid corrugated cartons with corner/edge protection. Add a moisture barrier (poly bag) to keep foil face stock pristine.
3. Bundle small stacks with chipboard and shrink wrap to stop scuffing, then cartonize. For multiple cartons, secure to a pallet for easier LTL handling.
4. Mark “Prepaid” on the BOL and ensure the payer is set up. Photograph packaging before tender to avoid damage disputes on reflective foil labels.
