NMFC 110640: Chamois in Boxes or Drums | Class 100

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. State the commodity clearly on the BOL: “Chamois, in boxes (or drums), NMFC 110640, Class 100.” This helps carriers rate correctly and avoid reclass.
2. For box shipments, poly-bag bundles and line cartons with a clean PE liner to block moisture and odors. Use tight but not crushing pack to keep cloths flat.
