NMFC 114320 - Cast-Iron Air Humidifiers | Class 85

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Prevent corrosion: wrap cast-iron components with VCI paper or poly, add desiccant packs, then seal inside the box or crate to keep moisture out.
2. Restrain the weight: use double-wall cartons with foam-in-place or dense corner pads for boxed units; for crates, add 4x4 skids, internal blocking, and screw-fastened cleats.
3. Palletize smartly: place cartons or small crates on a 48x40 pallet, band in two directions and stretch-wrap to the deck; mark heavy sides and forklift entry points.
