2. List the full description on the BOL: “venturi type, compressed air or steam operated, portable, in boxes,” include NMFC 114995, and apply Class 150 to prevent reclass.
3. If hoses or nozzles ship with the unit, coil and bag them separately so they don’t puncture the carton; cushion impellers and handles to resist drop shocks.
4. Provide piece count, box dimensions, and weight for quoting even though class is fixed; palletize multiple cartons only if needed for handling or stack safety.
