NMFC 11690 - Auto Air/Water Stations | Class 92.5

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Choose packaging to match the build: crate pedestal-style stations with internal blocking; use double-wall boxes with foam for compact units. Cap water fittings and protect gauges and displays.
2. Prep the unit before packing: drain water, release air pressure, coil and zip-tie hoses, and remove loose nozzles or coin boxes. Bag mounting hardware and cables inside the container.
3. Palletize for LTL: secure the box or crate to a 4‑way pallet, add corner protection, and stretch‑wrap. Mark UP orientation and Do Not Stack if fragile control panels are present.
