Note 119631: NOTE-Applies on machines which internally reconstitute the product to be dispensed.

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. List NMFC 119630 and Class 92.5 on the BOL, and specify packaging as boxes so carriers bill against the correct machinery classification.
2. Prepare units for transit: empty product hoppers, drain lines, lock agitators, and bag small parts (nozzles, drip trays). Use foam or molded inserts to immobilize the dispenser inside the box.
3. Reinforce carton edges with double-wall or edge protectors; add “This Side Up” and “Machinery—Fragile Components” labels to prevent tip-overs during cross-dock handling.
4. If your model specifically reconstitutes powdered mixes (soups, cocoa, sports drinks), reference the note tied to item 119631 for definitions, then keep the shipment under 119630 when boxed.
