To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Palletize or crate machines; bolt bases to skids with lock washers, add shock pads under feet, and band the frame to prevent walk from residual vibration.
2. Shield delicate screen decks and trays with braced plywood, cap electrical leads and control boxes, and bag hardware or springs in a labeled kit.
3. State orientation and full footprint for quotes, including hoppers, discharge chutes, or overhangs from motors and counterweights; mark center of gravity and lift points.
4. For rotary feeders/airlocks, immobilize rotors, plug inlets and outlets, wrap to keep dust out, and use drip trays if lubricated to avoid oil staining in transit.
