NMFC 131825 - Tractor Cab Weather Protectors | Class 85

Note 131827: NOTE-Applies only on windshields (superstructures) or curtains for cloth tractor cabs (weather protectors).

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Break down the cab set KD and pack cloth, frames, and hardware by subassembly in double-wall boxes; pad sharp ends and add corner guards to stop punctures.
2. Fold windshields/superstructures or curtains per Note 131827 and sleeve clear panels; band bundles before boxing so parts can't slide.
3. Use internal blocking (honeycomb, foam, or molded pulp) to immobilize pieces; mark cartons DO NOT BEND along the long side.
4. List contents and piece count on each label (1 of X) to keep the KD kit together; palletize only if carton size demands, then strap and top-cap.
