2. Use heavy-duty double-wall cartons with corrugated partitions or molded trays; add top and bottom pads to limit chipping from point loads.
3. For bulk lots, bag marbles in poly liners before placing in divided boxes to reduce surface abrasion in transit.
4. Palletize tightly: keep cartons inside the pallet footprint, add edge boards, stretch-wrap with 50% overlap, and secure with two bands.
