2. Seal each kit in an inner poly bag, then load into sturdy cartons with dividers to prevent crushing or scuffing during base or relief distribution.
3. Palletize uniformly with column stacking, edge protectors, and tight stretch wrap; cap pallets or use slip sheets to stabilize for cross-dock moves.
4. If kits include small liquid items, add absorbent liners and mark This Side Up; avoid co-loading beneath dense hardware that can deform cartons.
