To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. List the commodity as “Sizing, rosin” on the BOL and include NMFC 176560, Class 65. Specify packaging type (drums or dry bags) and pallet count to prevent reclass.
2. For drums: palletize upright on sturdy 48x40 pallets, use drum rings/bands and edge protectors, and mark “Do Not Top Stack.” Drum clamps speed loading and reduce damage.
