NMFC 182510 - Asphalt Tile or Molding | Class 60

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Choose packaging: heavy-duty boxes with interleaving sheets to prevent surfaces from sticking, or sturdy crates for long molding runs.
2. Palletize boxes or crates flat with no overhang; add corner boards, a top cap, and 2–4 straps plus stretch wrap for compression resistance.
3. Label clearly: Keep Flat and No Double Stack if bowing is a risk; avoid high-heat exposure that can soften asphalt composition in transit.
4. Reference NMFC Note 182604 for boxed specs and blocking, and list counts on the BOL as asphalt composition tile/molding, NMFC 182510, Class 60.
