1. Match the description: ship as Toboggans, NOI (with or without cushions). Use cartons for single retail sleds, banded bundles for bulk, and palletize with zero overhang.
2. Protect surfaces and edges with foam or corrugated wrap; add corner boards and a top sheet. For plastic sleds, avoid overtight strapping that can warp the deck.
3. Nest identical sleds to cut cube. Keep stacks stable under 48 in height, then stretch-wrap and apply two straps in each direction for secure handling.
