To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Measure the largest panel and choose a pallet that exceeds the width by 2–4 inches; align gate rails parallel to the pallet deck to reduce flex.
2. Bundle individual wood leaves with foam between slats and add rigid edge protectors on stile ends, then strap firmly or place inside a simple crate.
3. Remove or secure latches, rollers, and hinges in a small inner carton; mark the carton “Hardware Enclosed” and fix it inside the bundle or crate.
4. Request non-stack handling and add corner posts for tall pieces; photograph packaging and label panels to support claims and prevent reclass issues.
