NMFC 36070: Cast Iron/Steel Chimney Caps | Class 70

2. Palletize heavy cast pieces to stabilize the center of gravity; keep all cartons inside the pallet footprint with no overhang and use corner boards for strapping.
3. Print the BOL with “Chimney Caps or Cowls, cast iron/steel – NMFC 36070, Class 70” and select packaging type “packages”; no density entry is required.
4. For jobsite or distributor deliveries, request liftgate and call-ahead service; label cartons “Do Not Top Load—Mesh Inside” to reduce screen deformation.
