To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

2. Use double‑wall cartons sized to the mullion length; block the steel pipe so it cannot roll, add plastic end caps, and pad plate corners to prevent box punctures.
3. Bag and label the top, bottom, and strike plates inside the carton, then secure them to an internal brace or to the pipe with protective wrap to stop rattling.
