Note 83902: NOTE-Provisions on toys apply on playthings only and will not apply on articles of utility nor on wheeled articles or vehicles designed and constructed for seating or supporting the weight of children.

1. Start at 83900 to identify the correct sub-item; review notes and choose among items 83902, 83903, or 83904 based on product type and packing (retail cartons, master packs, or pallets).
