To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Rate and book at Class 50—this item is a fixed-class steel product, so density data isn’t required on the BOL.
2. Bundle W-beams tightly with steel banding, add wood runners for forklift access, and use corner protectors to shield sharp edges and straps.
3. Note actual piece lengths on the BOL; most rails are 12–13 ft and can trigger overlength fees. Confirm carrier limits before pickup.
