2. Form tight packages by stacking laminations and securing with wire, banding, or rivets; add edge protectors and VCI wrap to prevent strap bite and rust during transit.
3. Place packages on sturdy pallets with top caps and corner guards, then strap and stretch-wrap; distribute weight to avoid concentrated loads on forklift tines.
4. State piece counts by package, not by individual sheets, and note sharp edges to prompt careful handling—ideal for transformer and motor core manufacturers.
