NMFC 106290 - Expansion Plugs, Plain or Coated | Class 50

1. Place loose expansion plugs in sturdy cartons with inner bags or dividers; cushion to prevent metal-on-metal abrasion on galvanized or zinc-coated finishes.
2. Palletize dense cartons low, then band and stretch-wrap; add corner boards so heavy boxes of plugs stay put and don’t crush during LTL handling.
3. Print NMFC 106290 and “Expansion Plugs, Packaged” on the BOL; review Note, item 106292 to confirm the form you ship aligns with this listing.
4. Keep carton weights manageable (30–50 lb) and seal tightly; avoid shipping loose parts in open pails unless fully closed and lined to stop leakage.
