2. Keep factory bundles intact and band them to a 48x40 pallet with two steel or heavy poly straps; add edge protectors over strap ends and wrap tight to prevent slip-off.
3. Record piece count by bundles and pallets (e.g., 12 bundles on 1 pallet), include total weight, and mark Non-HazMat for faster carrier processing.
4. Load bundles flat with no overhang; ensure forklift access on two sides and consider a top sheet if buckles or cut ends could mar adjacent freight.
