2. Block and brace the roller assemblies with hardwood cleats and dense foam to prevent torsion, shifting, and flat-spotting in cross-dock moves.
3. Protect electronics: use anti-static bags and double-wall cartons, then place these cartons high in the crate with clear orientation labels.
4. Select carriers experienced with machinery. Add liftgate and appointment delivery for auto shops, inspection lanes, or dealer service bays without docks.
