NMFC 119400 - Liquid Level Control Devices | Class 92.5

1. Use NMFC 119400 at Class 92.5 with boxes or crates selected to match weight and fragility. Example: ultrasonic level sensor kits in double-wall boxes; heavier control panels crated on a skid.
2. Shield delicate parts before packing. Cap pipe threads, guard float arms and sight tubes, and use foam-in-place or custom-cut foam. Mark This Side Up to protect internal mechanisms.
3. Control moisture and static for electronics. Bag assemblies with desiccant, use anti-static liners for PCBs, and avoid tight cable bends to prevent sensor damage.
4. Document clearly. Include model numbers and packing list, confirm equipment ships dry (no residual liquids), and verify any exceptions per the referenced Note, item 119401.
