NMFC 121020 - Filter Parts, Cast Stone | Class 70

2. Cushion brittle edges: wrap each block/ring in foam or bubble, use dividers, and fill voids in double‑wall boxes; keep each box under ~50 lb to reduce impact damage.
3. Palletize with no overhang, top and bottom sheets, four-way banding, and stretch wrap; add corner boards and ‘Do Not Stack’ cones if surface abrasion is a concern.
4. Control dust and moisture: poly-bag the parts or add desiccants, then seal cartons; example load: 8 cast-stone rings in a 24x16x12 DW box with 2" foam lining.
