To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Use poly-lined, double-wall corrugated boxes to keep the soy albumen substitute dry; seal all seams and mark “Keep Dry” to prevent moisture uptake.
2. Palletize in columns on 40x48-inch pallets with no overhang; apply stretch wrap, top sheet, and corner boards to reduce compression and odor cross-contamination.
3. Print NMFC 12560 and Class 85 on the BOL, list box count and total weight, and note “non-hazardous food ingredient” to avoid hazmat-related delays.
4. Keep shipments away from strong-smelling freight (chemicals, spices) and request dry vans; target ambient temps and low humidity for quality retention.
