NMFC 12580 - Albums with Pages, Boxed | Class 85

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Confirm the contents are albums with bound pages and not filmstrip, audio, or video cassette storage to stay within NMFC 12580, Class 85.
2. Use rigid double‑wall cartons (44–48 ECT), add corner protectors, and wrap spines to prevent crush and page warping during LTL moves.
3. Bundle multiple albums with kraft interleaving, then poly-bag and cushion voids; label cartons by count and weight for faster check-in.
4. Palletize in a brick pattern, cap with a top sheet, and stretch-wrap; keep total pallet height under 60 inches for better stackability.
