NMFC 129040 – Friction Saw Blades | Class 85

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Choose packaging by size and count: small singles in heavy-duty boxes with edge guards and hub spacers; multi-packs or 24”+ diameters in wood crates. Mount blades to a board to prevent flexing.
2. Palletize securely: strap boxes or crates to a 48x40 pallet, keep discs vertical with blocking, and use corner protectors. Mark “Do Not Stack” if the edge could deform.
3. Protect the metal: wrap with VCI/oiled paper to curb rust, add foam between blades, and cap the center bore to stop hub damage during forks or straps.
