Note 130592: NOTE-Handle sections, handle adjusting brackets, frame side rails and collecting bag must be disassembled from each other and from the remainder of the unit.

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Disassemble tow arms or hitch tubes and bag small hardware; strap the frame and hopper to a 40x48 pallet with edge protectors to prevent tube crush.
2. Shield brushes and wheels from abrasion with corrugated sleeves or foam; add blocking so casters cannot roll during transit.
3. If the hopper is fabric, fold it neatly and place in a poly bag; keep sharp rake bars covered to avoid snags and punctures.
4. For oversized sweep widths (e.g., 42–52 in), orient diagonally on the pallet or crate and cap open tubing to protect powder coat from banding damage.
