NMFC 135700 - Cadmium Dross or Sludge | Class 70

2. Control sifting and moisture: tie inner bags securely, keep lids tight on drums, add top sheets and stretch wrap; dry product ships cleaner and reduces mess claims.
3. List the exact packaging on the BOL (boxes, drums, or bags), include piece and pallet counts, and provide accurate gross weights to prevent reweighs and reclass fees.
4. Plan handling for dense loads: request liftgate or drum clamps if needed, apply Do Not Stack if boxes aren’t crush-tested, and use corner boards for pallet stability.
