1. Put NMFC 146510 and Class 92.5 on the BOL, described as “Aerial Delivery Platforms with Harness/Lashings,” and note if shipping loose or in packages.
2. Bundle or bag all harnesses and lashings to prevent snagging; cap hooks and rings, use edge protection, and band the platform to a skid if shipping loose.
3. If packaged, crate or palletize with zero overhang; block and brace inside the crate and mark “Do Not Lift by Harness” and “No Stack on Hardware.”
