1. Reference NMFC 189660 on the BOL and describe the item as “hand truck, basketwork body” to prevent reclass or inspection delays.
2. Protect the woven basket areas: foam-wrap the weave, add a corrugated sleeve, then palletize upright. Use polyester straps with edge protectors and stretch wrap. Example: 1 pallet, 4 nested units, 48x40x52 in.
