1. State the commodity on the BOL as “Platforms, NOI, KD flat or in panels — NMFC 199250, Class 65” and mark Non-Hazardous.
2. Unitize KD panels tightly: band with 2–3 straps and edge protectors, place on a skid or runners for fork access, and cap with fiberboard or plywood.
