1. Book shipments as NMFC 34282 with description: “roll-up wooden doors or partitions, packaged,” and apply fixed Class 70 on the BOL.
2. Package the door coil or slat bundle in a single, tight package: edge protectors on wood slats, full wrap, and banding to prevent scuffing and spread.
3. Load the roll horizontally on a pallet with blocking so it cannot roll, mark Do Not Stack, and keep handles/tracks protected inside the package.
