2. Crate long panels on full-length skids with edge guards and foam; mark lift points and center of gravity to avoid flexing and fork punctures.
3. Stage small hardware—rollers, trims, fasteners—in labeled totes banded inside the master crate; include a parts map tied to the car number.
4. Request non-stack and inside pickup or jobsite delivery when needed, and share max panel lengths so carriers plan trailers without nose stacking.
