To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Record accurate gross weight per pallet or drum; this listing prices by weight and carriers will reweigh if totals look off.
2. Declare packaging clearly: dry compounds in boxes or paper-lined cloth bags, or liquid product in drums; include counts and seal types on the BOL.
3. Meet hazmat requirements by attaching the current SDS and emergency contact, and apply the required markings and labels per the SDS and regulations.
4. Prevent dusting and leaks: over-bag boxed powders, stretch-wrap bagged units with corner boards, and torque drum bungs with spill-proof caps and pallets.
