To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Palletize boxed product on 40x48 pallets with a food-grade slip sheet, full stretch wrap, and a poly top sheet to keep moisture out.
2. Avoid heat that can cause caking. Note “no top heat” on the BOL, target ambient 45–75°F, and consider desiccants for humid lanes.
3. Mark the BOL: “NMFC 55450 – Cheese, dehydrated/dried, granulated/grated/powdered, Class 70,” and include box count and total weight.
4. Segregate from strong odors and chemicals. Request foodstuffs segregation and keep away from spices, coffee, or cleaners to protect flavor and aroma.
