2. Use double-wall cartons with end-cap blocking around the cores; add “This Side Up” and keep rolls vertical to prevent flat-spotting in LTL transit.
3. Poly-wrap each roll to protect from moisture and dust, then fill voids so cores cannot shift; example: two 36 in x 100 ft rolls separated with corrugated pads.
