2. Pack strictly in boxes: new double‑wall cartons, inner trays for small pins/springs, bubble wrap for rails, and capped tubes for barrels; bag oiled parts to prevent seepage.
3. State on the BOL: “Firearm Parts, NOI, in boxes — NMFC 69295, Class 100”; mark non‑hazardous and include piece count plus carton sizes/weights for smooth inspections.
4. Use LTL carriers that accept firearm parts and request secure pickup/delivery when needed; do not include ammunition, propellants, or solvents in these cartons.
