To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

2. Label cartons as Live Plants with This Side Up and temperature notes; book protect-from-freeze or temp-controlled service when lanes drop below 60°F, and skip Friday pickups.
3. For crates, secure to a 40x48 pallet with corner cleats and banding; keep height under 60 inches to reduce top-load risk; use non-stackable cones only when truly required.
4. Include a packing list and last watering date; ship media slightly dry to prevent leaks, add breathable liners to contain bark, and consider shock indicators for claims support.
