NMFC 112560 – Wood Flooring w/ Fiberboard | Class 60

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Quote at fixed Class 60; this item is not density-rated, so use the published class for packaged native wood flooring faced with fiberboard.
2. Build tight bundles with corner/edge protectors, moisture-barrier wrap, and two to three steel or poly straps; palletize long-side entry for stable forklift handling.
3. Limit stacking to protect fiberboard-faced surfaces; use top caps or slip sheets and add Do Not Double Stack labels if bundle rigidity is low.
4. State on the BOL: “Flooring, native wood, faced with fiberboard, in packages – NMFC 112560, Class 60,” including bundle and pallet counts to avoid reclass.
