- Put NMFC 118258 and Class 200 on the BOL, and note packaging as boxes; add “with accessories” if markers, power supplies, pens, or wall mounts are included.
- Use the OEM carton when possible; otherwise double‑wall boxes with foam edge guards, anti‑static wrap for control panels, and upright orientation labels to protect the writing surface.
- Palletize boxed boards for LTL: center on a 48x40 pallet, strap, and stretch‑wrap; add Tilt/Tip indicators and “Do Not Stack” cones if the screen is vulnerable.
- Confirm accessorials ahead of delivery to schools and offices—liftgate, inside delivery, and appointment notification prevent refused or delayed shipments.
