To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Stiffen delicate edges: use double-wall cartons with foam, edge protectors, and slip sheets; for oversized capitals or brackets, switch to custom wood crates.
2. Palletize flat on a solid deck with zero overhang, then use soft strapping and corner boards; mark Do Not Stack if protruding ornamentation could crush.
3. Record true outer dimensions including decorative projections, and list NMFC 35920 plus the item name (capitals/brackets/ornaments) on the BOL with piece count and packaging type.
