NMFC 76690 – Theatrical Scenery Frames, KD | Class 85

To find the correct freight class for your shipment:

1. Pack frames KD in sturdy packages—cartons, wrapped bundles, or light crates—with foam or corrugated pads on edges and corners.
2. Bundle long members (stiles, rails) by size and label each package with show/set ID and piece count to speed receiving at the venue or shop.
3. For touring or rental houses, strap packaged bundles to a pallet to prevent shift during cross-dock handling; add “Do Not Fork Here” corner tags.
4. Include a small hardware packet (gussets, screws) inside the package or in a clearly marked accessory box to keep sets complete.
